The archaeological museum building is under renovation. Its collections are shown in a temporary exhibition at the Agia Ursula cultural centre in the former Ursuline monastery in the Kastro. Choose three objects and discuss their uses. The official page lists free entry and opening from 9am to 2pm, except Tuesdays; confirm on +30 22850 23997 before visiting.
Five collections: archaeology, geology, natural history, folklore and visual arts. Choose according to children's interests; there is no need to do all five. Check each collection's opening separately.
In the old neighbourhood of Fassolas, restored shops and workshops tell the story of village life: a smithy, carpenter, tailor, barber and old grocery shop. Explore this small heritage quarter along its lanes. Confirm which spaces are open; part of the visit is outdoors.
